"I had my kitchen remodeled last month and couldn't be more pleased! Great customer service from beginning to end. Jerry helped me pick out the countertop, back splash, etc and was responsive and understanding throughout the year long process (it took me a while to figure out exactly what I wanted.) Once the work commenced Arturo and his fantastic team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They always arrived on time, and were both proactive and thoughtful throughout the remodel process. I elected to work with a local cabinet maker so coordination with the cabinet maker was essential. Again, seamless and so impressive. A shout out to Leo who handed electrical, paint, installation of new appliances and much more he was highly competent and kind...a winning combination for something like this. The end product is gorgeous and greatly improved the appearance and functionality of my kitchen. A special thank you to the team for all of their hard work."

"We recently remodeled two bathrooms in our home. After an extensive search for a contractor, we chose Palazzo Kitchen and Bath located in Concord to complete our project. We are so glad we did! Our experience from beginning to end was incredible. Their showroom is beautiful and provided us with many options for cabinets, tile, countertops, tubs, flooring etc. If they did not have something that you are looking for, they had lots of catalogs to select from and they were always able obtain samples. Our Designer was Rebecca. I cannot say enough about her. She was very experienced, helpful and just wonderful to work with. Our General Manager was Felipe, Project Manager was Art and our Contractor was Arturo. The Palazzo team provided us with two beautiful new bathrooms. They displayed expertise in all areas and were extremely clean and quiet during this 6-week project.
